Copenhagen offers a lot of famous sights that you must experience while you are here such as Tivoli, Christiania, Nyhavn, Amalienborg and not to forget The Little Mermaid. You probably already know what you want to visit, but we’d still like to make our recommendations.

Torvehallerne

Copenhagen’s pantry is located in the city centre, a 2-minute walk from Nørreport station. Torvehallerne is a food market where you can find food and fresh delicacies from both home and abroad. Torvehallerne is visited by more than 115,000 Copenhagen citizens every week, so it can get busy. You can visits their website here (danish only).

Copenhagen Canal Tour

Discover Copenhagen from the water and enjoy a classic canal tour around Copenhagen’s harbour and the idyllic canals. On the tour you will sail past some of the best sights in the city: The Little Mermaid, the Old Stock Exchange, the Opera, the Black Diamond, Christiansborg. You will also sail through the colorful and lively Nyhavn. Reffen - Copenhagen Street Food

In addition to being the largest street food venue in the Nordic countries, Reffen consists of a 12,000 m2 area located right on the water’s edge. From here you can enjoy street food from every corner of the world, as well as drinks from one of the many bars, while looking out over Copenhagen’s beautiful harbour. Reffen is an urban space full of innovation and creativity, where young entrepreneurs get to try out their skills. Enjoy a pleasant afternoon or evening at Reffen, where you might be lucky enough to come across one of the many events held each week, ranging from bingo and quizzes to workshops, talks and concerts.
